At the title screen, press R2(3), L1, Triangle, L2(3), R1, Square to unlock all characters.

Successfully complete the game to unlock the Free Run mode (no vehicles on the road), Free Run Twin mode (two player Free Run), and 'Credits' options.

Successfully complete championship mode once to unlock face off mode against the Roadster.

Defeat the bus in Face Off 4 to unlock it.

Defeat the Roadster in Face Off mode to unlock it and another face off race against another car.

Defeat the Saloon GT in Face Off 3 to unlock it.

Play in championship mode until you unlock Face Off 2 in the special options screen. Defeat the Towtruck once to unlock it.

Accelerate immediately before the '1' fades during the pre-race countdown to start with a slight boost in speed.

Drive on the wrong side of the road to keep increasing your boost. This can also be done by driving in the center of a double lane. Drive on the wrong side of the road and use the turbo when you get it. After it is gone, your turbo will either be full or half full.

Drive a perfect lap (a lap without any accidents) and your bonus will be automatically filled.

When turning sharp corners, lightly tap the gas to turn sharper and slide less.

Cheats For Ps2

The quickest way to get a boost in any area of the game.. Hold on the ' X ' button, while holding it down, use the right analog and tap it down to shift into first gear. Right after the guy says ONE tap the ' X ' button twice and you will take right off!!!

To get more boost you have to skid. To get a lotof boost, you have to skid for a couple ofseconds. I found that is works best when you'regoing around corners.

Go to championship mode and get all golds in theroller coaster grand prix which will unlock faceoff 3. Complete this face off to unlock theJapanese Muscle.

At the start off a race keep tapping brake until the car shifts into 1st gear. This will gave you a better takeoff.

Successfully complete Pursuit 3 to unlock two player pursuit mode.

When trying to achieve all gold medals in championship mode, if you fail to winone of the races, reset the PlayStation 2 before it auto-saves. You can thenchoose to continue the championship and restart at the race you failed to win,without having to replay (and win) all the previous races.

You can get a boost easier by doing drifts. However press Square, drift, thenkeep tapping Square for a better chance of not crashing.

This trick works in one player and two player modes. When you are doing the crashzones, at the start immediately hold R1 for a boost. After a few seconds, pressit again. This should give you more boost, which results in a faster speed andbetter crashes. Repeat this as many times as desired.

Win Pursuit 1 by destroying the criminal's car before it gets away to unlock thepolice car. The police car has maximum top speed, average control, and goodacceleration.

Race Face-Off 2 against the Oval Racer. The race is five laps around AirportTerminal 3 (one of the first races). If you manage to defeat it, you will unlockit. This car has great acceleration, maximum control, and maximum top speed.

Win Pursuit 2 by destroying the classic 1970 car with the police car. This carhas average to bad stats, but it can get past a police car very quickly inPursuit mode and in races.

Complete the Custom championship two times and get best score possible in theraces to unlock the 1997 Eclipse and 2001 Focus SVT.

Get all gold medals in every race and win everything in the first championship tounlock the Custom Championship. There will be about six more cars that you canunlock.

Ps2 Burnout 3

Complete Crash mode with all gold medals on all fifteen tracks to unlockthe 'Runaway' option at the 'Cheat Mode' menu. /game-cheats-portal-level-16.html. This is a free-play type Crashmode with no goals or brakes. Note: Hold R1 to boost at the start.

Complete all Grand Prix Championships with gold medals to unlockthe 'Invulnerability' option at the 'Cheat Mode' menu.

Unlock any cheat and the 'Cheat Mode' selection will appear at the optionsscreen. Note: Races will not be counted as wins with any cheat activated.
